Is sleep the answer to surviving exams?
Product Description
During the school year students need 7 to 10 hours of sleep per night and they are not getting it. Students who pull “all-night cram sessions” to prepare for exams are not helping their situation. Sacrificing sleep for studying does not actually improve performance. In fact, spending more time asleep during finals week could help earn better grades.
Additionally, prepare early – from day one, stay organized with notes and review those notes. When the very important final exams are nearing, create a study plan and begin studying at least a month before finals week. If studying begins early enough, there is time to reach out to the instructor or classmates for additional help.
